Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within the next working day, but note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unexpected customs checks or other events beyond our control.
* From our experience, due to the particular way that Canada Post and Customs operate, there may be a further delay in a package being delivered to that country.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Al Hashimi are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
In the instance of a product being damaged or lost in transit, please get in touch with us and we will look into your order on finding the best possible solution.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of this product, we cannot accept returns as this may impact health and safety as well as the quality of products we provide to our customers. Every bottle is guaranteed to be untouched and unused as we ship the product to you in a pristine condition and this promise is not viable should we accept returns.
