Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and choosing Al Hashimi for Oud. Please read the terms and conditions of our shipping policy,
SHIPPING IS NOW BEING FULFILLED BY OUR SHIPPING PARTNER
All orders will be processed and dispatched twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays with a cut-off time being 09:00 GMT the day before with any orders after this cut-off being processed for the following shipment dispatch. We hope to improve this shipping frequency to 24 hours and will update our customers as soon as we are able to do so.
Shipping is with free DHL or FedEx shipping on all orders over $599 worldwide and just $19.95 for orders below that amount.

Delivery delays can still occasionally occur due to unexpected customs checks or other events beyond our control.
* From our experience, due to the particular way that Canada Post and Customs operate, there may be a further delay in a package being delivered to that country.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Al Hashimi are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Loss or Damage
We will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment and anticipate its arrival.
We use DHL and FedEx, both internationally recognised and secure courier services, ensuring reliable delivery. While we do not expect any issues, please note that once your order has been handed over for shipping, Al Hashimi is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. However, we will exercise some discretion in the unlikely occurrence of such an event and see if we can help. For perspective however, we have never had this occur in our seven years of operations.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
At Al Hashimi, we take great pride in offering the finest oud and artisanal perfumes, ensuring that each bottle you receive is in pristine condition, untouched by previous customers.
Given the pure and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Each bottle is carefully hand-poured and measured by the gram, making it impossible to guarantee the same quality and quantity for another customer if a product has been opened and returned. To ensure you find the perfect scent before committing to a full bottle, we encourage you to purchase a sample first.
Order Cancellations
By placing an order with Al Hashimi, you enter into a contract. Once an order has been submitted and paid for, it cannot be canceled except in cases where an item is no longer available. This is because:
• We begin processing your order immediately, which involves logistical efforts that may not be visible to the customer.
• Payment processors do not refund transaction fees once a payment has been made.
• Preparing and fulfilling an order requires time and labor.
If an exceptional case arises where a cancellation is granted, a 15% restocking fee will be applied after deducting payment processing fees.
